Q: How long do my marshmallows keep?

A: Marshmallows keep well for about a month in an air tight container, but also freeze amazingly well. Pop them in the freezer and they thaw back out within minutes. When kept in the freezer, they are good for about a year. 

Q: Are my marshmallows gluten free?

A: The marshmallows are made with all gluten free ingredients, but our household is not gluten free.

Q: Can my marshmallows be returned?

A: Due to the nature of the product, we can not accept returns. However, please contact us if you have any issues.

Q: Will my marshmallows melt during shipping?

A: We use USPS Priority shipping to give your marshmallows the best ability to arrive in the same condition in which they left our home. If your marshmallows do arrive soft, they are still safe to eat! Place them in the refrigerator or freezer to help them, if needed.

Q: Why do my marshmallows have white powder on them?

A: We dust the marshmallows in an equal mixture of powdered sugar and corn starch to keep them from sticking together.
