Mallow Options

Your marshmallows can be made using either corn syrup or agave nectar. Light Corn syrup is used for a firmer, classic marshmallow bite. Agave nectar is used for a luxuriously soft and creamy melt-in-your-mouth experience. Both mallow textures melt and roast well, so the choice is yours!

To meet your dietary needs, your marshmallows can be made using halal gelatin. Using regular or halal gelatin does not change the taste or texture.
